When I first started using this wonderful app, selecting "Apple" from the Street tab would show the outline and exits for that station. However, some iOS update a couple of years ago broke this behavior. So now I need to go to Apple maps, select the transit view, and navigate to the station to see the graphics. This is important to me because the shape of the platforms allows me to decide where to get on the train to make the most efficient transfer. Thanks for considering this improvement.

Selecting start then hit arrow and then end is a 3-step process which I use the most and it’s really the heart functionality of the app, can you make it 2-step process to make it more easier?

5) hold finger over place show both English and Chinese name and how long time it take to go there from your location
6) After selecting route, then it would be great to be able to select the text, copy and send to someone like on wechat. By that way you can tell him when you arrives at his station if someone is waiting for you

Please allow users to choose an alternate route such as a route with fewest stops. From Jiangpu Road to Hongqiao railway station, the best is Line 8 change to Line 10 at Siping Road, not Line 8 to Line 2 at People Square that the app recommended

When giving instructions to my friends on what direction they should go instead of “ next station “ or “ toward destination “ ( and even like this sometimes they make mistakes )..I found that the NUMBER OF THE PLATFORM it’s the Unmistakeable way to get the right direction.
Would be a great thing to have this information in the app for every station.

Ability to save your favourite trips within the app

Taipei Beimen station (green line) also connects to the airport MRT and is faster to transfer from than main station (red/blue). Would be convenient if you could consider this

I've spent one month in shanghai and if this app would have had a tab with a list of nice locations to see (top 50 spots, TripAdvisor style) I would have used only this one! The spots should be visible from the details of each stop as well! Best

Can you change the 'p' and 'q' in Changping rd and Changqing rd on Line 7 to capital letters? Like "ChangPing" and "ChangQing" because the lowercase is almost identical.
